Defects
If your item has a defect, call me immediately at 765-479-1847 to report it. All defects must be reported within 1 week of receiving the items or we will may be unable to assist you in returning and replacing your product.
Note: It is an acceptable printing industry practice that a few cards within your order may be defective/misprinted. These should not render your order entirely defective unless you find a large amount of damaged/misprinted cards. If this occurs, the entire card order will need to be returned to Ittibitti® before a replacement order can be filled.
Incorrect Ship To Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost.
Custom Order Returns
Ittibitti® cards and any other made-to-order items are printed to your personal specifications and absolutely cannot be returned. Full payment is required upon order. You can cancel a customized order within one day of order date.

Ittibitti® makes an effort to offer only high quality, professionally printed/created products. I cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on Ittibitti®. Estimated delivery times, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time. Due to color variations between computer displays/monitors and printing presses, there may be uncontrollable color variation from your finished product to what you saw on my website or in my printed sales materials.

Ittibitti® is pleased to accept credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard. Cashier's checks are also accepted.
Shipping Information
A flat rate shipping and handling charge is applied to each order. All items are carefully packaged and protected prior to shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail®.
