Ittibitti® cards and any other made-to-order items are printed to your personal specifications and absolutely cannot be returned*. Full payment is required upon order. You can cancel a customized order within one day of order date.
*However: If an error was made due to inaccurately processing information that you supplied (basically, if I made a mistake) please accept my apologies and I will replace the incorrect portion or your order. Please immediately contact ittibitti with the error so I can research where it occurred. This notification must occur within 1 week of receipt of order or I may be unable to assist you in returning and replacing your product.
Note: It is an acceptable printing industry practice that a few cards within your order may be defective/misprinted. These should not render your order entirely defective unless you find a large amount of damaged/misprinted cards.
If this occurs, the entire card order will need to be returned to Ittibitti before a replacement order can be filled.
